The evening kicks off with a cocktail hour in the Westin courtyard, where guests will enjoy a selection of playful passed bites paired with fungi-infused cocktails. As the sun sets, guests will settle in for a seated dinner featuring five courses that showcase a diverse selection of locally grown mushroom varietals brought to life through innovative, plant-forward preparations.
